1 hour, fully resourced PSHE lesson suitable for upper KS2 or lower KS3 and created for the new PSHE 2020-22 DfE and PSHE Association Guidelines. This editable and well-differentiated lesson serves as an introduction to consent, unwanted contact, personal space and inappropriate contact. The lesson introduces the hula-hoop personal space rule, uses child-friendly analogies to introduce consent, gives students numerous case studies to discuss (with a glossary of new terms to help them), offers literacy activities, clip tasks and much more. All information needed to teach this is included within the PowerPoint, clip task and worksheets. The lesson has been left editable and is filled with engaging, well differentiated and fun activities. It is designed to be ‘no prep’, so you can just pick it up and use it, although it is still adaptable should you wish to. Who are EC Resources?
